Marty Kieffer

Co-Founder, VP Finance
Marty has served as Vice President of Finance and Administration since co-founding Virteva in 2005. Marty assumed the Chairman role in 2010. Prior to work in the IT industry she was an Industrial Engineer at Honeywell Residential Controls, and Magnetic Peripherals (now Seagate). She started at Connect as a Software Engineer and then shifted to HR and accounting roles as the company grew. Marty was the Director of Accounting and HR for Connect Education Services, one of the then largest single site IT training companies in the country. Marty has a BS Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa. She is a supporter and volunteer to many STEM and child education and welfare-focused charitable organizations, and is a licensed pilot.

Tom Kieffer

Chief Executive Officer
Tom Kieffer co-founded Virteva in 2005 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. A career-long entrepreneur, Tom has founded a number of technology consulting and services companies. In 1999, Tom founded Agiliti, a pioneer in the Cloud Computing and Software-as-a-Service marketplace. In March 2005, after transforming Agiliti into an IT managed hosting provider, Agiliti merged with VeriCenter where he served on the Board of Directors until August of 2007.  Tom is the former Chairman of the Minnesota High Technology Association and is also a charter member of the Itasca Project. Tom is a licensed pilot and aviation enthusiast and serves on the Board of the MMOPA owner pilot association. Always a geek at heart, he was awarded a technology device Patent in 1988 and authored the book, Get Connected, A Guide to Telecommunications in 1983.

Steve Griffiths

Chief Operating Officer
Steve joined Virteva in 2016, bringing with him a wealth of experience in finance, marketing, product management, operations, and entrepreneurship. Prior to Virteva, Steve was Senior Vice President of Finance & Strategy at DialogTech, the market leader in call attribution and conversion software for marketing professionals. Earlier in his career, Steve held various roles in management consulting, investment banking, and venture capital. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Steve lives in Minnesota with his wife and two children.

Jamey Anderson

Executive VP of Delivery & Operations
Jamey Anderson is Virteva’s Executive Vice President of Delivery and Operations. In this role, Jamey is responsible for leading both the managed services and consulting business groups, along with oversight of Virteva’s internal operations. Jamey has been with the company since 2008. Jamey has over 20 years of experience in technology leadership. Jamey’s previous roles were managing business intelligence and ecommerce teams and systems, technology for ADC’s European operations, and corporate technology services. Jamey has been a featured speaker and panelist at technology events and has held various Novell and Microsoft certifications throughout his career. Outside the office, Jamey has a number of hobbies including aviation, hunting, and anything involving outdoor activities. Jamey enjoys supporting his two teenagers through tennis, volleyball, band, orchestra, and various music and theater events.

Dave Walstad

Executive VP of Sales, East / South
As Vice President of Business Development for Virteva, Dave is the senior executive charged with developing Virteva’s strategic customer relationships. In addition, Dave is the point person for the development of the ServiceNow/Virteva channel partnership. Dave has held sales and marketing leadership positions in IT for over 25 years for companies ranging from the Fortune 500 to startups. At Virteva’s predecessor, Agiliti, Dave was VP of Sales and Marketing. Dave held key positions in Product Management, Marketing and Sales, and was part of the team that guided the business from start up in 1999 to successful sale in 2005. Dave is a graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota having earned a BS and MBA. He serves on the executive committee as a board member for the University of Minnesota Alumni Association.

Craig Schmidtke

Executive VP of Sales, West / Central
As Virteva’s Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Product Strategy, Craig is tasked with expanding Virteva’s Managed and Professional Services Practices across the country and globally. Craig has spent 20 years in the technology industry working for companies such as Connect Computer, Agiliti, VeriCenter, SoftBrands and Infor. Craig attended the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota on the Evans Scholarship, awarded by the Western Golf Association, where he obtained his BA in Business Management. Craig also attended the University of London and the London School of Economics through the Institute of European Studies (IES) program. In 2015, Craig was deemed one of the Minneapolis Star Tribune’s “Movers & Shakers” in the Twin Cities business community.

Patrick Krischel

Vice President, Business Development and Sales
In his role at Virteva, Pat is responsible for leading the team working with Virteva’s new and existing clients on the design and deployment of project solutions that solve their most pressing IT problems. Patrick has been with Virteva since its inception in 2005. Patrick has spent 20 years in the technology industry working for companies such as Carlson Marketing Worldwide (CMW) and MotivAction. He first started doing application development work at CMW and eventually became a Lead Engineer in developing solutions for their clients. At MotivAction, Patrick was the Manager for Information Technology Delivery, and his team was responsible for the technical aspects of all internal and client solutions. During his spare time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, doing the cabin thing, and tinkering with woodworking and old Volkswagens.

Dan Rosedahl

Vice President of Delivery
As VP of Delivery at Virteva, Dan is responsible for leading the managed services business, including the 24x7x365 service operations center and engineering groups. Until joining Virteva in 2013, Dan was the General Manager of Corporate Technologies, where he had overall sales and delivery responsibility for the Minneapolis office including managed services, professional services, cloud services, and IT equipment sales. Dan has been recognized by the managed IT industry, including membership in the 2010 and 2011 Top 250 Global IT Managed Services People by MSPMentor and featured as a panelist for board member of technology organizations at local and national levels. Away from the office you will likely find Dan with his family at the lake, a ski hill, hunting, or generally enjoying any Minnesota season outside.

Tom Goodmanson

Virteva Board Member, President and CEO of Calabrio
Tom Goodmanson is President and CEO of Calabrio, an innovative workforce optimization software provider based in Minneapolis, and has more than 20 years of experience leading fast growing dynamic software and technology companies. Since assuming the CEO position of Calabrio in 2009, Tom is credited with reinventing the company and its culture around a strategy to expand value and reach through new, innovative products, and remarkable customer experiences. Addressing the market need for simpler solutions to complex customer interaction challenges, Tom’s vision to redefine the standard for software ease-of-use has been instrumental in making Calabrio one of the fastest growing companies in the industry.

Prior to his role at Calabrio, Tom was a senior leader in several successful technology-based companies, including Gelco Information Network and Magenic Technologies.

Tom has a B.S. degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
